B ’e Wikinomics leabhar a bha mi a’ leughadh airson ar Indy Book Mashup (Club Leabhraichean) an seo ann an Indianapolis. Bha còir agam a bhith air a dhèanamh leis an leabhar mu mhìos air ais agus bha còir agam a dhol air adhart leis Tùsanach didseatach.
There's a reason why it took so long. This is just my personal opinion regarding this book, some folks would absolutely disagree with me. Shel Israel (who's book Còmhraidhean Naked chuidich mi le bhith a ’blogadh), ghràdhaich Wikinomics! Bha mi den bheachd gun do shlaod e air adhart agus air adhart.
I have great respect for Don Tapscott, he's an author who is solidly established in the business and technology world. But this book was gruelling to get through and lacked excitement for this incredible stage in our evolution as human beings. Maybe I'm going overboard but Social Networking is both connecting and changing the world, economies, democracy, business, intellectual property, and communication as we know it. It's a revolution!
Ged a leugh e mar sgrìobhainn àrachais, is dòcha gum bi iongnadh ort gu bheil mi den bheachd gur e mearachd a bhiodh ann chan eil to buy and read this book. It's a thorough analysis of the Wiki movement with excellent use cases spread throughout. If I were to read it all over again, though, I would simply read Chapter 8 on. This is where the meat of the book is.
Tha Caibideil 8 a ’toirt mion-fhiosrachadh air“ The Global Plant Floor ”, tha mi a’ smaoineachadh gu bheil seo a ’toirt geàrr-chunntas air na ro-innleachdan a dh’ fheumas a h-uile gnìomhachas a ghabhail os làimh agus a tha a ' comhairle a thoirt don mhargaidh:
- Fòcas air na draibhearan luach riatanach
- Cuir luach tro orchestration
- Cuir a-steach pròiseasan dealbhaidh luath, iteagach
- Ailtireachd modular harnais
- Cruthaich eag-shiostam follaiseach agus egalitarian
- Roinn na cosgaisean agus na cunnartan
- Cùm sùil gheur san àm ri teachd
I'm not adding Wikinomics book to my liosta leughaidh air a mholadh, it's simply too much book to bring home the key points. Now on to my next read, An Starfish agus an damhan-allaidh: Cumhachd neo-sheasmhach bhuidhnean gun stiùiriche.
I'm almost done with Gliocas na Muc Flying. It's a fantastic book for any leader to put on their nightstand or the corner of their desk. Jack Hayhow has clearly articulated what great leaders have in common, joined by colorful stories and inspirational quotes.
